Humans in Healthcare (HH) is a newly founded initiative that strives to shed light on the most pressing health care concerns in specific cities/regions within Canada. We believe that an acute understanding of one’s specific surroundings is necessary to facilitate de stigmatization, break barriers and inspire positive change, in the context of holistic health. Our target audience consists of healthcare consumers and members of the general population who require direct and humanized perspectives to understand recent  healthcare challenges/ controversial topics.

 

We do this by sharing ‘360Stories’ which are inspired by the ‘Humans of New York’ style of storytelling. 360Stories spotlight healthcare providers/ leaders, and their most meaningful experiences and perspectives in the realm of healthcare. Currently, HH operates solely on an online platform; specifically on our website and Facebook page. In the coming months however, we plan to expand our initiatives beyond the online platform.
